Ollie's Law officially went into effect in December 2024, and we couldn't be more proud to be part of the coalition that worked on this legislation.
Named after Ollie, a labradoodle who tragically lost his life at a doggie daycare back in 2020, this legislation means increased safety for doggy daycare and boarding facilities in Massachusetts. This is a huge step forward for pet owners–those who have suffered because of traumatic incidents at a boarding or daycare facility, and those that now may not have to.
